  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built engines, special order items, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is delivered safely.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
